After 40 years of opening-up, China's textile industry has become a key force supporting the healthy and stable operation of the world textile industry system and an important industrial platform promoting global economic and cultural cooperation, said sun ruizhe, President of the China textile industry federation, at the press conference of the first world textile conference 2018 in Beijing on Wednesday.


"Structural changes require us to take a positive attitude and action to promote openness and integration of the industry, deepen multi-dimensional responsibility governance, and achieve common prosperity of the industry." Sun ruizhe said that to achieve high-quality development of the textile industry, we need to adhere to the following four principles: first, we need to adhere to the principle of "excellent import and export, interconnected and inclusive, and open up to shape a new pattern. Third, we should continue to learn from each other and draw on each other's strengths to guide new development through fashion. Fourth, we need to pursue green development, share responsibility, and create new space through green development.


The first world cloth merchants conference 2018 will be held in keqiao district, shaoxing city, zhejiang province from September 20 to 21.
